Thank you for choosing Hello Glow LLC for your skincare needs. By enrolling in one of our facial membership plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Overview
Your membership includes one facial service per month based on the membership tier you select. Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled client only.
2. Payments & Billing
- Membership fees will be automatically charged to the card on file each month on the same calendar day as your enrollment date.
- All memberships require a 4-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.
- Declined payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain membership status and access to benefits.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
- Members are responsible for scheduling their monthly facial appointments.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of that month’s facial credit.
- Facial credits must be used within the same calendar month and do not roll over to the following month (unless membership specifically states otherwise).
4. Service Modifications & Upgrades
- Members may upgrade their facial or add additional services at the current menu price rate.
- Any price adjustments, product changes, or service updates will be communicated to members in advance via email or text.
5. Freezes, Transfers & Cancellations
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with a 30-day notice after the initial 4-month commitment has been fulfilled.
- Early termination before completing the 4-month minimum is not permitted without management approval and may be subject to an early cancellation fee.
6. Member Perks
Members may receive exclusive promotions, retail product discounts, and priority access to special offers and events.
7. Policies & Liability
- All clients must complete appropriate health intake and consent forms before receiving services.
- Hello Glow LLC reserves the right to refuse service for contraindications, illness, or non-compliance with policies.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
8. Changes to Terms
Hello Glow LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to their effective date.
By enrolling in a Hello Glow LLC membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
